5.0 How to Manage Your Tenant Leads and Messages

 

5.1 Tenant Lead Overview. Login to your account to view your leads. On your Dashboard, click the "+"" sign located to the left of the "Tenant Leads" to maximize your tenant leads. You will see the Tenant Lead's name, the dates of travel, as well as the date the lead was submitted to our platform.

 

a) If you have more than nine tenant leads, click on "View All Tenant Leads" to see a list of all your leads.

b) To see more details about each individual lead, click on "View Details".

From this page you can also delete leads that you no longer need by clicking, "Delete Tenant".

 

5.2 Tenant Lead Details. Login to your account to view your leads. On your Dashboard, click the "+" sign located to the left of the "Tenant Leads" heading to maximize your tenant leads. You will see the Tenant Lead's name, the dates of travel, as well as the date the lead was submitted to our platform. Click on "View Details" to see all the specific details about your tenant lead, including name, dates of travel, occupation, pets, and a brief note from the traveler. You can also click on the traveler's profile link to read more.

a) Message the Traveler. To message the traveler from the Tenant Lead Details page, begin typing in the gray message box. Click "Send" when you are finished writing.

b) Add/Edit Email Templates and Signatures. From the Tenant Lead Details page, (see above) you can also add or edit email templates and signatures so that you do not have to manually write the same message to all your prospective tenants repeatedly. Just create one template email and send the template to as many tenant leads as you want.

 

5.3 Tenant Messages. Login to your account to view your tenant messages on desktop and/or mobile app. On your Dashboard, your most recent messages will be displayed to the right of your screen. You can minimize or maximize your tenant messages by clicking the "-" or "+" sign located to the left of the "Messages" heading.
