Furnished Finder has partnered with Waivo® to bring you our Damage Protection Plans - an upgraded approach to property protection.
These plans include protection for accidental damage, pet-related incidents, malicious damage, theft (with a police report), and—for Premium plans—support for early lease termination. These events may be rare, but when they happen, the financial impact can be significant. A Damage Protection Plan helps landlords stay protected and confidently welcome more tenants, including those with pets.

Certain types of damage are not protected, including anything not caused by the tenant, acts of God, prior damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (such as scratches, scuffs, or discoloration), mysterious disappearance, infestations, mold or microbial contamination, and damage to motorized vehicles, fine art, or antiques. Exclusions also include damage to linens outside of rips, burns, dyes and bleaching, odor remediation, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, routine cleaning (such as laundering linens, pet waste removal, and excess trash), plumbing issues like clogs or backups of sewers and drains, spa or pool maintenance, landscaping, disposal of property, general maintenance, pet damage under $300, and labor costs not directly related to tenant-caused damage.
