1. Select a property and verify the address is correct.
2. Enter the tenant's contact information, or select a tenant lead from the drop menu.
3. We will send the potential tenant the screening request and you will be alerted via email (and here) when they have completed the request.
4. The screening results will be visible in your dashboard for 30 days.
Please note that it is best practice to complete a phone screen with your tenant before sending a formal screening request.
