We love this home. It is our third time staying there, and that should say it all. Spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Grocery stores are minutes away and it is easy to get downtown. The Opry and local bars with great live music are close as well. This home met all our needs.

B's place was wonderful for us. My husband and I stayed there 8 months. It has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and even a little patio where we could sit outside. The complex itself was well-maintained and neighbors are friendly and nice. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location could not have been better. It was minutes from the Opry and Opry mills mall, 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown, accessible to bike paths and convenient to the airport. Grocery stores and drugstores were minutes away. I felt extremely safe, even coming in from work at night. If we had the chance to stay here again, we wouldnt hesitate.

Excellent place. B was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. I will miss it.

I stayed at B's property while working as a travel nurse near Nashville. The rental is extremely homey and has everything you'll need during your stay. I absolutely loved the location! It's only a 15 min Uber or Lyft to downtown, but far enough away to avoid traffic. A quick 5min drive to the grocery store, convenience store, and a couple great restaurants (Nectar & Sunflower). Plus the added bonus of being only a 5min drive to an amazing dog park called Two Rivers, which my puppy loved. The area was safe and extremely quiet which is perfect for a travel nurse. The owner B and property manager Cindy are both extremely easy to work, organized and on top of things. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property to others!

Ms. Barbara is the best! This house is safe, clean, and close to everything! I really enjoyed my time here!

My best friend and I are travel nurses and stayed at Barbara's place during our contract at Vanderbilt. Location was perfect...close enough to downtown but far enough from the crazy traffic/parking. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Vandy for work. Publix & coffee shops nearby along with MANY other things. The neighborhood was safe & quiet! It was also perfect for sleeping during the day if you are a nightshifter. The rooms get dark thanks to the heavy curtains...a must! Barbara is so easy to work with. She is organized and on top of things! Highly recommend staying here!

Convenient location to most anything that you need. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Barbara checked in periodically and had great recommendations and was quick to respond to inquiries and was very accommodating. The townhouse had everything that we needed, well kept and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if the need was there.

Barbara townhouse was one of the best we have ever stayed. we loved how homey it felt, it had everything we needed, and clean as well. The location was awesome.. 10 minutes and 1 road to downtown, 2 minutes to multiple grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, less than 10 minutes to opryland! Barbara always answered us in a timely manner as well!

Great place to stay! Awesome location only 10 dollar Lyft ride to Broadway and close to the opry. Landlord is extremely nice and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Another travel nurse and I rented Barbara’s place in the Spring time for contracts in downtown Nashville. Not only was the commute less than 15 minutes to downtown, the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We stayed active and walked/ran the surrounding neighborhoods and felt safe. The house is very accommadating and had everything we needed. If we had any questions, Barbara was just a phone call away and helped with all of our needs! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all!
