Cozy Studio less than 10 minutes from Southeast and St. Francis hospitals

The area is peaceful and the room is clean. I enjoyed the 2 furry babies Paisley and Pepper who like to company me in the morning when I leave the house. You will also love Sheldon the sassy bird who has full of characters lol. The owner Mr. Bob and Cathy are wonderful people. They make you feel welcome and they are always available if you need anything.

This is an amazing place to stay. B and C are simply the best friends (hosts) you could ask for. They respect your privacy and yet invite you to join with them on holidays and everyday. Its secluded yet you can be in the middle of everything in just a matter of minutes. This is a gem! I would stay here again if I go back to Cape Girardeau to work, and if I'm back in town I know I can call them you just to sit by the pool and enjoy their company.

I read the ad and expected to be sharing a living space with "one friendly dog." This is a bold-faced lie. There are two, and you'll have a hard time picking your favorite because they are both perfect (Paisley is my favorite). The living space is great, love that it had its own thermostat and bathroom. We were always welcome in the main house to use the kitchen or living room, or outside to use the grill and pool. The owners are super friendly, and the house has a lot of life without being noisy or disruptive. I worked nights, and even when they had grandkids over for a pool party during the day, I never heard them. Paved and dirt running trails nearby. No traffic. Always felt safe here. Absolutely loved the hospitality, and would stay here again = )
