I've stayed in this guesthouse twice (this room #32 and previously in room #33) each time for about 3-4 months. Both experiences were good. The rooms are well furnished and clean. They have reliable cable and internet. And this room has A/C!! Management was very responsive when I needed anything. My only suggestion for improvement is an updated microwave and new cookware.

had all sorts of excuse. make sure check appliances before move in....even lamp that you will not use

Left Place trashed had to pay professional cleaning crew to bring the unit back to it's glory.
