By far the best rental experience I have ever had. Apartment is super cute and affordable. On 10 minutes to Greenfield and 25 minutes to Brattleboro this location is ideal for travelers. I wish I didn't have to leave. I would have stayed much longer if I could have.
The owner is very helpful and willing to recommend me to someone who can help me be placed as I am a traveller and was looking for something quick! This tells me she is in the industry to truly help people as well. I would love to recommend her to anyone then.
This is the most coziest place i have ever stayed at. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is completely furnished with all the necessities plus casserole dishes, coffee maker and a toaster oven.The bed is so comfortable. I have always had insomnia but when I lay in this bed it magically makes me sleepy and I almost immediately fall asleep. The owners are wonderful. The neighbors are quiet. I cannot hear them through the walls. The highway is a few minutes drive. I was lucky to find this jewel. If I didn't miss home I would resign my contract and stay here longer.

Dan
Dan and Erika operate our fourth-generation, family-owned farm where we grow a few crops, and raise Herefords for beef. We grow the best sweet corn ever! In 2023, we still had fresh corn on November 1st. And when Erika isn't helping on the farm, she keeps busy as a dialysis nurse at a local clinic.
