Wow! Such a beautiful area and very nice people! The owner of the property is so sweet and accommodating. She is always making sure I am comfortable and checking if I need anything. I would highly recommend this place and I would gladly return if I take an assignment here again.

I am a travel PT assigned at Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. The location of this property is just a mile from the hospital. I was one of the few tenants who rented a room at his large house. The place is quiet and the landlady is kind and thoughtful. I would come back and stay at this place if I was assigned again in this area.

Its a nice place very close to the hospital. I thought the family was really nice but when I left the landlord would ignore my message for 3 months about my refund and she kept giving me small amounts of my refund. Its been 4 almost 5 months I still havent gotten my full refund. I paid her in advance for the last month and my contract got cancelled early. So she still owes me part of my pet deposit and what I paid in advance. I been messaging her constantly every week. And never got any reply. I honestly dont know if they were being nice to me when I was living there or not. But this had cost me hardship since I was going to use this money to pay for my rent for my next contract.

I am a travel nurse and stayed in this property in the lower level apartment for about 5 months. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself should I be back up in that direction. The apartment is a large space and has everything you need, as well as being in a very nice neighborhood. The owner A and her family were amazing and extremely welcoming. Could not have asked for a better place or better people.

False advertisement of the space. Very bait and switch. The space you getting for the price is not worth the money. No privacy. When I brought this to A/A attention. She promptly blocked after taking taking my deposit and is refusing to refund it back. Very unprofessional. Never had I had this experience before with Furnished Finder. Working this out through the legal system currently. Hesitant about using FF in the future related to this experience.

I rated this property 5 stars because it was very welcoming and at times I thought I was at a five star hotel. GREAT accommodations, parking for everyone, all while being nice and clean!!! Minutes away from the hospitals. The home owner is a great individual that I often spent time with venting about my day. Such a great listener and person to talk to. I would most definitely come here to stay again.

The owner of this home, A, has made this housing option one that is super reasonable and all around beneficial. Her home is located just five minutes away from VBH, and ten minutes from LGH - perfect for those looking to work at either location. Bedrooms are more than spacious. The bathroom is shared on the top level for travelers but cleanliness is never an issue. In regards to meals, she makes her kitchen open at any time for use. Access to pots/pans, silverware, etc. are available. Two full sized refrigerators and freezers provided. Home is equipped with high speed internet and cable. Common area open to travelers as well. There is a spa room and also a gazebo available for use as well just to the back of the deck. Grocery stores, post office, super centers such as Walmart, and restaurants located within a 2-10 mile radius; all within 15 mins away. Ultimately, you won't find a better all inclusive location, that is price friendly and located in a crime-free neighborhood. Book now.

Amy and Curtis are such great people! They were very accommodating, considerate, and helpful. The neighborhood was also very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

No scam. Lovely studio about 700 soft in the basement of owners house. Beautiful property less than 3 miles from LGH. More travelers are renting rooms in the main house. Has a walk out private patio overlooking back yard. Loved it here. No stove and only a small fridge. I love cooking and was able to with my own crockpot. Highly recommend.

POTENTIAL SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I was at property for one night. It turns out that location was too far from where I need to work. I was kind enough to pay the full month's amount before I realized the distance. I have been calling, texting, emailing... for days with no response. She has vanished with my money. I have been traveling for a few years now and have NEVER had such an experience
