2 travel nurses, stayed here for 6 weeks. R & M seemed like nice reasonable people, until we moved out.... We cut our lease early & moved out because the place is EXTREMELY noisy, starting at 5am daily. You hear walking, cooking, talking, music, drawers closing, dogs barking, and everything else from upstairs, ALL day long, there is zero downtime unless they are all out of the house, & the next door neighbour played movies loudly late at night which kept us up late also. R&M tried to find a solution but couldn't as they would have to tip toe around upstairs and we didn't want that either, so we chose to move out, which was inconvenient but we were given all our money back. I asked that my mail be kept which was mailed there before we urgently moved out, one being a gift from Costa Rica & was told it was thrown out & if it was important i should of picked it up long ago & she's not my door man.....wow. Really kind response...Definitely not kind people unless things go their way. 0 stars.

Were very sorry that Maja that had a disappointing experience, but we want to share our side of the story. We were always extremely mindful of the noise, especially since we know that most tenants have variable day and nights shifts. We made every effort to be quiet during the day, including tiptoeing, avoiding loud activities, and even adjusting our daily routines. We truly did our best to be respectful and considerate, and were surprised that noise was still an issue, especially since countless other guests have stayed here over the years with no complaints about noise whatsoever. Maja shared that she had trouble sleeping and used multiple sleep aids, white noise, and other techniques. We sympathized and felt genuinely bad that the environment wasn't right for her. Though they broke the lease early, we didnt penalize them or make the process difficultwe allowed them to leave and refunded them in full to ease their stress. After their departure, Maja asked us to hold onto two packages, one of which was described as a gift from Costa Rica. That package was actually a small promotional coffee sample from a coffee company that she had a subscription. The other, more important packagea prototype from the UK and various mail from Canadawas safely retrieved by them. Unfortunately, the coffee sample was misplaced after sitting unclaimed for over three weeks. At that time, I was dealing with the unexpected passing of my mother in Mexico, and I explained to Maja that it was a difficult period for me. Despite that, I received an ongoing series of texts with language that became increasingly hostile and accusatory. I did my best to locate the package by checking with every person who had been in and out of my home. Ultimately, I believe it was accidentally discarded by the maid who does the cleaning in our house. I finally let Maja know that, given she no longer lived at the property and hadnt prioritized picking up the item, I couldnt take responsibility for it. I was not her doorman, and I was grieving. Sadly, that message seemed to trigger this review. We always strive to be good hosts, treat our guests with kindness and respect, and uphold a high standard. We regret how this situation unfolded, but we feel this review misrepresents the circumstances and includes unfair characterizations.

Home felt apartment. Renters were very kind, respectful and helpful. my privacy was respected and my visitors felt welcome. fully equipped kitchen with more than enough utensils. cute dogs!!! and very friendly. Its unfortunate my time in Cali came to an end. When the next opportunity present itself in California, this unit will be my go to unit. Oh and if you need help or ideas for anything, the husband is your go to guide. Well knowledgeable and funny.

We stayed here for a year, and it was the best living experience we had during our 5 years of travel nurse life. M, R, and their entire family were so kind to us and often went above and beyond to address our needs. They were very communicative and quickly addressed any issues that arose. Because of them, I honestly feel like we have family in SF now. The apartment is clean, nice, and spacious and there was access to a full-sized washer and dryer. The neighborhood offers a nice reprieve from "city life," but you're still only a quick drive from more lively areas. The apartment is a short walk to a great park. We would absolutely stay here if we're ever back in SF.

Cons: Noise. You can hear everything upstairs. Conversations/walking/music/cooking everything. There are two small dogs that have Separation anxiety. When they are not home the dog will yelp/scream. The private patio has buckets/a red knee scooter/bottles and other random things. There is also a swing that kids play on. Pro: always found parking nearby. Safe neighborhood. Really nice in walking distance. Washer/Dryer. Updated kitchen. Close to freeway

This is a beautiful apartment located in a very safe area of San Francisco. It is clean, spacious, and looks exactly as pictured. There is easy access to both 280 and 101 highways and plentiful amounts of free street parking. There is a park nearby that is good for a quick walk or run and provides awesome views of both the Bay and the city. More importantly Maricela and her family are amazing people. They are friendly, welcoming, and amazing cooks! Communication is easy as they are available in person or via text/email. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
