Private Suite 3-private bath & entrance-ocean view

We stayed here for a month while waiting for a house we purchased. Wonderful location with a water view and an easy walk into town. Everything in excellent condition, kitchen well supplied, comfortable bed and linens. We used the firepit in the evening. There was a patio and table right outside out door, along with a gas grill. W, the owner, was a great hostess. Easy to reach with any questions.

I had no problems with the studio, and W is fantastic! Wanda was always available if I needed anything. The property is very close to the hospital where I worked while there, and it is on a beautiful property with a beautiful view! The studio is well-designed and spacious. The neighborhood is a peaceful and quiet location. I stayed here for three months and it became a home for me, with which I fell in love. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here! If the opportunity to return arises, I will without a doubt do so!

A well-furnished studio apartment with a wet bar, beautiful views, and a quiet neighborhood. W is very friendly and communicative, also lets you know when events are happening or anything fun. Can hear the neighbors in the surrounding apartments. Nice bathroom and well-utilized space for a studio. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Shared laundry on-site but ample parking and she let us store our bikes in the garage. Gorgeous area to live, peaceful and serene. The firepit was available to sit outside. Would stay again!

Words are just not enough to describe my experience as a tenant for 3 months. First, Ms. W was so helpful at providing me with resources to assist with transportation, directions and information regarding the ferry system. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied. She was amenable, very communicative and made sure I felt at home. It did not matter what I needed, Ms. W provided and went to great lengths to make sure I was taken care of. I did not feel like a stranger but more of an extension of her community. The pictures do the property no justice at all. Every day I woke up to such a picturesque view! Ms. W ensured that I had my privacy and was safe. She made several updates such as adding a new water filtration system and new washer machine during my stay. Each addition only added more value to this being the best decision for me to make in staying here. I plan to visit again, even if it is not for a work assignment. Truly a slice of heaven!

Loved this little studio. Not only does it have a great water view it has everything you might ht need. W was so attentive and easy to get ahold of when i needed anything. She was so sweet. It was a nice temporary home for me :) I would definitely come back to stay here if i came back to work on whidbey.

Property: Wandas property is fabulous. It has beautiful appliances, a big beautiful shower, is CLEAN, and overall, so comfortable. Maintenance: I never had maintenance issues, however, Wanda is available to assist if I had any questions. Locations: The views are amazing of Penn Cove. I worked at the local hospital and it was only a 4 minute drive, or 12-15 minute walk, depending on the person. You can walk to downtown Coupeville in 10 minutes along Penn Cove. You have a parking spot. Finally, you cant beat the price, trust me I looked all over. Highly recommend this place!

Wanda is a consummate hostess, friendly and gracious in every exchange. The suite was simply lovely! Everything was spotless and looks brand spanking new, and is very well maintained. For me the best part was the lovely view of Penn Cove and the serenity of the property. I left my sliding glass door open to the night air for my entire stay, so I felt as if I were alone in a peaceful home in the woods. I plan to stay here again anytime I come to Whidbey Island, and give it my highest recommendation!

I have had an incredible time at Wanda's place. The home sits in a little wooded area with a great view of the water. There is a fire pit and grill for all guests to enjoy. Roughly 10 minute walk to downtown Coupeville. Wanda is great at responding to text message, phone calls, and requests. Very prompt in helping you out with any of your needs. Suites are newly renovated and nicely furnished. Very clean property. There is plenty to do in the area, you will not get bored! I would highly recommend this property for your stay, you will feel like you are on vacation :)

Wandas place is absolutely amazing! The house sits on a beautiful, quiet lot that overlooks Pen Cove. The accommodations are well appointed, clean, and cozy. Wanda is a wonderful and thoughtful host who is a wealth of knowledge about the local area and all the things there are to do. She responds quickly to text and I highly recommend her place. I would definitely stay here again!
