Saint Louis Ballpark Loft

Sandy, was extremely hospitable for the entirety of my stay. Great communication and extremely nice. The loft is amazing, I love the vaulted ceilings and the open layout! Close to everything you need downtown! Wish I could have stayed another 3 months! Highly recommend!

Great, affordable, spacious loft right next to Busch stadium, and walking distance to Enterprise Center, CITYPARK stadium, all of the restaurants/bars, a first-class gym called Genesis and the Metro, which takes you almost anywhere in town including my 10 minute work commute to Barnes Jewish/ Childrens Hospital. The owner Sandra is the best.treated me like family. If you are considering staying anywhere, this is the place!

I stayed at the property for approximately 6 months. Its very convenient and near many social spots/restaurants. A 10 minute drive from the facility I was contracted at. There are 2 bars downstairs and one across the street. I really felt safe and secure in the building. S addressed all requests in a timely manner. My experience here was very easy going and the loft is really nice and stocked with everything you need. There is a designated parking space provided with the Loft, in unit washer/dryer, iron, utensils, etc. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Future Tenants: as a sign of caution please secure your vehicles my vehicle was broken into and this is happening throughout the City of Saint Louis and the country. This is in no way a reflection of the property and landlord; I extended my stay even after this incident happened; as it could have happened anywhere.

A beautiful apartment building right in the middle of some of the liveliest parts of St. Louis. I was concerned at first about the noise level being on top of a busy bar, but found it was a very tolerable amount with a small fan being enough to drown out almost all noise when I wanted to sleep. The building itself is an old industrial building that has been renovated for apartments on the upper floors. The old thick wooden support beams paired with the very tall ceilings really make it beautiful. It is very secure and has gated parking as well. It has everything that one would need for a furnished place to stay. During baseball games, it does get hectic with the traffic that it brings, but that is relatively short lived. Having friends over also can be a little challenging due to parking, but it was definitely worth it to me.

I stayed in this unit for 3 months and truly enjoyed being so close to so many St. Louis attractions! This loft is beautiful spacious, and cozy, just like the pictures. S is a wonderful landlord. She is very attentive to her tenants needs and promptly responds to any questions. Thank you for letting me enjoy this space! I would stay here again if I ever return to STL.

I stayed here for about 5 months and enjoyed every second of it. Sandy is a wonderful and attentive landlord. The loft is beautiful, spacious, and cozy. Perfect location for the St. Louis area. I cannot recommend this loft enough!

The loft offers beautiful architecture and lots of natural light. Extremely comfortable bed and quality linens. This is one of the quietest apartments ever!

Sandy and Tom are amazing! They were warm, friendly and helpful! I stayed there for 3 months. The places looks just like the photos, very clean, safe and in a great location! Its warm and cozy. I felt at home there! I would definitely stay there again! Ive stayed at lots of places and highly recommended staying here !

This unit is absolutely beautiful! My stay here was fantastic. I had no issues with maintenance or anything related to that. Additionally, the location is absolutely fantastic. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars near by and is just a short walk to ballpark village.

This place was amazing, I absolutely loved staying here! Sandy is the best, she is quick to get back to you. I am a night shift nurse, I was able to sleep here no problems, its quiet and an easy walk to a lot of food places. I would stay here again no doubt!

This loft has been nothing but a great living arrangement! Only one block away from the Metro, restaurants, Sporting events, and various entertainment! Parking included! The lofts landlord was always a pleasure to work with in all aspects of the apartment. It was just such an easy and smooth experience. I recommend this loft to anyone looking to have a good time with no drama whatsoever!!!

I loved loved this place! So cozy! I stayed there a little over 3 months for a travel position in St. a Louis. Gated parking! Code to access the building! Restaurant and arcade bar downstairs and my favorite was Tin Roof right across the street! 1-2 blocks from the Cardinals stadium. Interstate access RIGHT there. Owners are sweet and amazing! Wish I couldve stayed there longer!

Sandy and Tom are amazing people to rent from. The loft provides a cozy home away from home feel. It has lots of small touches. Everything one needs in a home is provided except food and toiletries. The area is safe and very secure.
