What a wonderful welcoming place to stay. I absolutely enjoyed my stay with B. Her home is in a safe quiet neighborhood close to the hospital. There are many places to get yummy food nearby. She is kind, considerate and a lot of fun to talk to and happy to give you helpful information on the area and interesting places to visit. I had never rented a room and wasn't sure if I would like the experience but it turned out to be a lot of fun and it didn't take long to feel like I was just going home to hang out with my new friends. Thank you for giving me a great place to rest and hang out ... I know where I'll want to stay if I'm ever down that way again.

B provided not just a place to sleep but a hime away from home. She welcomed me with open arms and has become family. It is perfect place to stay.

I had the best experience at B's ; a fantastic hostess and a great cook, and the house was always immaculate. I also fell in love with her two fur babies. The house is in a great location close to both hospitals for my assignment at Physician's Regional, as well as local groceries and other shopping needs. I'll miss B and her two angels.

B was very nice which made me feel right at home. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. If I have another contract at NCH, hopefully B will have a vacancy during that time.

This place was very convient for both NCH locations. Quiet neighborhood great for afternoon running. B** is good at recommending places to check out and see.

I stayed at this beautiful place during my assignment as a travel nurse in Naples. I must say this was by far the best experience I've ever had staying away from home because my host Barbara made it feel like a home away from home. She is a wonderful person who is very helpful, professional, friendly and accommodating. Went out of her way to drive me to an urgent care when I didn't feel good. Cooks the best food too! The place is very clean, comfy and secure. I had all that I needed for my stay. Wi-fi, space to park my car without inconvenience, privacy, quiet environment because I worked nights, on site laundry room and enough space to store my food. I would definitely rent here again if I returned to Naples.

I found this little gem & can't say enough of what a great experience I have had. My host, Barbara is very nice & friendly. She makes you feel right at home & Invited me to tour Naples. I had everything I needed for my stay; privacy, quietness, wifi and the best a washer/Dryer on site. She's a great cook too! I will be back again next season for sure!

I had a great stay at the property. Owner was very professional, friendly and helpful. Property had everything I needed, from full kitchen to laundry room. Very clean, smartly decorated and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely come again.

Landlady broke lease with no warning (illegal during COVID), 3 people sharing one bathroom, 4 cars sharing 4 parking places requiring waking people to move their car due to varying shifts, not accomodating (had to request a shelf in refrig and pantry to place food, no freezer space offered, wanted silverware seperated in the dishwasher. She would frequently text or email wanting immediate attention. Finally, she withheld $325.00 from my deposit to fix the toilet 3 of us shared. I did not cause the plumbing problem, was it a chronic problem, isn't it the owners responsibility to repair this?

This was my first time renting a room instead of renting a hotel- She is friendly with an awesome personality and sense of humor-loves karaoke and is an awesome cook. I stayed here while on a seasonal assignment (physical therapist) in Naples. Good location, close to everything you'll need (mall, grocery stores, beaches, parks, medical facilities, highway, etc). Barbara is a great host, very kind and accommodating. House was clean and spacious. Off-street parking a plus! Highly recommend this property!

I had everything I needed! The rooms were clean and tidy. Enjoyed the modern kitchen. The laundry facility is a great bonus. Great Room was well appointed. Host is very accommodating. Location is close is several medical facilities and excellent shopping and dining spots. I will use this property each time I am in Naples.

Stayed at this property for the duration of my travel assignment to Naples. The space is great, and Barbara is very laid-back and accommodating. The location is convenient with easy access to the freeway, and major roadways. Love having a washer and dryer on site, and privacy was never an issue. I would recommend this property for any traveling nurses or healthcare professionals coming to the Naples area. The value is excellent.
