5-Star Spacious & Private Kitchen, Living, Bed & Bath, Near Hospitals & I-25

This rental is exactly as advertised, if not a bit better. There is plenty of space, the landlords are very friendly, and the apartment is well kept. I had everything I could possibly need: cooking and eating supplies, fridge, private bathroom, TV, reliable WiFi, and more. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place in the Windsor / Loveland / Greeley area check out this space.

Great place to stay especially if working in Loveland. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. L is a great host and this home is in a great neighborhood.

Was traveling to MCR, Greeley, and PVH with PVH being the furthest about 20min.l and MCR is roughly 5 min drive. This is a huge finished basement with a full living room, the nicest bed ever, a walk in closet, and bathroom. L was awesome and extremely nice during my stay. The only things to keep in mind is there is no private entrance but the stairs down to the lower level are right at the front door. Secondly there is only a mini fridge. There is an induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and conventional oven. Besides having to plan what groceries could fit in the fridge I didnt have any issue cooking while I was there. Stayed for 4 months on night shift and you could tell L took the time to help the dark side out with all the windows having blackout curtains on them! Was super thoughtful. You cant beat the location and price for the great place would highly recommend staying here.

L and M are very accommodating and friendly hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The basement is just as pictured. Very clean and spacious with a super comfortable bed. Great location for anything you need. Would definitely stay again.

L and M were excellent landlords and they were very accommodating. My stay there was outstanding and very nice atmosphere. Very clean and quiet. Overall it was a fantastic place to live.

I had a great stay while I was here!! Lisa and Matt have been exceptional hosts. The property is very spacious, and the bed is supercomfortable. IT is also in a very great location. Minutes away from shopping and dining, and it is close by the highway to go into the mountain or to Denver or Fort Collins.

I had a great time staying at Lisa and Matt's place! The apartment was very clean when I arrived and included all of the furnishings and kitchenware that I needed. They were very flexible with the move in/out dates as my plans ended up changing.

Lisa and Matt were wonderful considerate hosts! The apartment was perfect for me and only 3 minutes from work. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my fiance during a travel assignment with UC Health and have LOVED it. The renters Matt and Lisa are a wonderful couple that have respected our privacy. As soon as you enter the home it goes directly downstairs which is all yours (besides a couple rooms that are irrelevant to the stay). There is a king sized bed, a walk in closet, a bathroom to yourself with two sinks and shower, entire living room as seen in pictures with couch and a kitchen. The only downfall is a induction stove top and no oven with a mini fridge, but we made do easily enough. BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN!
