Light and airy 3BR Townhome in NE Portland, close to Portland Providence and I-205/84

We loved this house so much that we rented it twice over two years. The first time was for 8 months in 2022 and the second time for another 8 months in 2023. During that time, I was pregnant and had a baby, so this was the first house our little one lived in for the first year of her life and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. The house has everything one would need- it is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well appointed with kitchen appliances. The gas fireplace in the living room was such a treat during Winter and the backyard is a lovely courtyard with lots of flowers and plants. It is conveniently located next to Fred Myers and numerous bakeries and coffee shops. The landlords were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It was the most comfortable place we've stayed in Portland and I would definitely recommend.

Id rent from this family again 10/10. From initial conversations to moving out, it was a great experience. The place itself is conveniently located, large, quiet, clean, and most rooms have really good light. I worked remote from one of the rooms. There are views of Mt Tabor and you can kind of see downtown. There were a few small issues that popped up with the place, but the family were extremely responsive and didnt hesitate to fix things. My family and I felt safe in the neighborhood with our infants. There are some solid restaurants and bars nearby. And being able to walk to Fred Meyers grocery store is hard to beat. When we were looking for a place, we found many landlords on Furnished Finders to be flakey. J and family were great and felt more like friendly neighbors (they live nearby).

Due to a home fire we needed to find a place, a furnished home. This was the perfect location it was close our home, work & school. Shopping was just a block away The home owners were very kind and accommodating! They were a pleasure to work with and were attentive to our needs along with the homes needs. Its furnishing is perfect just enough. Had all the kitchen items that a cook would need. The backyard was enjoyed each season I loved watching the birds that would visit. Super quiet neighborhood Youll enjoy every aspect of this wonderful home

The home is clean, up-dated and very spacious. The master bedroom is huge with a great walk-in closet and private bathroom. The kitchen and third bathroom downstairs is super convenient. The home is a great location right next to Fred Meyer-literally. The owners are right across the street if you need anything. Loved loved loved the home!

This house is great! Comfortable furnishings, nice neighborhood, plenty of space, and the owners are just down the street if you need anything. One of the rooms would be perfect for kids (bunk beds), and the master suite is very spacious. We will definitely will stay there again when we get the chance!

This property was so easy to stay at, had more amenities then you expect from a hotel, all we needed was our clothes, they thought of all the rest. The internet was fast, and worked through out the house. The owners were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Having a full kitchen was fantastic; spices, coffee, pots & pans and all utensils! The bathrooms had nice hair dryers and plenty of soap & shampoo, more towels then we needed! Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would gladly stay there again.
