Comfy & Spacious Mid-City 1 Bedroom (B)

I was there on my tour and property is really clean and owner is also welcoming

Wonderful pet friendly apartment close to everything worth seeing in New Orleans. M the landlord was very responsive and addressed any issues promptly. The neighbors were all very nice and I didnt have a single issue with anyone in the 5 months I lived there. Plenty of safe street parking in front of the complex if the driveway spots have already been assigned and there was even small grassy back yard for my pup to enjoy. The only things I would suggest are bringing your own pillows as the ones provided are very airy and flat and the white chairs in the living space are slightly uncomfortable (but Melissa said they were going to purchase new living room furniture so they may be gone before the next renter arrives.)

I remember the moment I've arrived at the unit, and was just thinking AWESOME! Everything went smooth from applying to checking out. The area is peaceful, with a good amount of parking. I loved the fact that I had my own kitchen and laundry. This unit definitely has all the necessities you need with very high ceilings and not to mention, you're minutes away from the French Quarter! I would definitely come back if I needed to.

I stayed in Unit A and everything that I needed for my short stay was there. , was great with communication and resolving any issue that I needed handled. The location was close to I-10 which made my commute to Ochsner Hospital very quick and easy.

I really enjoyed my stay in Apt D. The place is clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen has everything thing needed to fix and store a wholesome meal. The furniture and paintings gave the space a nice touch and you can tell the owner put effort and money into the space. I felt safe knowing that there was multiple working cameras around the property. The owner is responsive via text and took care of any requests promptly. She is organized and professional. I was only there 1 month for my 2 month travel assignment and I wish I knew about this space month 1. It was God sent for me! If this space is available, I highly recommend it for renting.

This place was in good safe location. Hospital I worked at was 2 miles away and public transportation was close and convenient. Apartment was quiet, all furniture/utensils in great condition. Property manager was very responsive and kept up with maintenance of the apartment anytime an issue was reported. I will say the apartment is quite small, no living room or couch but at least each room had a tv. Loved my comfy bed and balcony in my room although the balcony door did leak a small amount of water after severe rain, nothing a towel couldn't clean up though.

This house is so cute! Great location next to Bayou road/esplanade and super convenient to get around all of the best spots of Nola. About The upstairs unit was very quiet and the AC works great. The apartment always felt very clean, is nicely decorated and the extra tall ceilings make it feel very spacious. Having an extra bedroom was great for visitors as well. It was the perfect stay for my contract in the big easy!
