Charming One Bedroom In Safe Historic Suburban Area of Milwaukee

My husband and I stayed here for almost a year. It was perfect for our travel needs. We decided to move here and would have loved to continue to rent but we needed a bigger space with a garage. Greendale is a wonderful, safe, and is just a short commute away from major hospitals. Brian was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay and we would love to rent from him in the future if any of his properties become available!

This is a piece of history and B and L have done such a wonderful job of making it so cozy for anyone staying. There is nothing too small or big that isn't thought out and its so safe and comfortable in the Village, that you feel like you could be out in the country. There is a lot to do in the area and B knows all the local best places. This little bachelors flat was a haven for me in the big city to be able to work from home and yet be close enough to everything I could want or need. They have thought of it all. Perfect for the single person needing a true home away from home.

When I first moved to Brian?s apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Brian and Lynn are the most thoughtful, gracious host. They provided me with all the information I needed. The flat is simply perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Brian had good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and he was always a great help. I stayed there for 11 months and during that time I never had any issue with them. He went way beyond to make my long stay comfortable and memorable. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it is a lively neighborhood the apartment is incredibly quiet! It is also close to the mall, restaurants, markets, etc. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!
