Casita Verde 1 br perfect for healthcare professionals

Loved this apartment!! B is an amazing landlord. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hes so kind!! Apartment close to TMC and lots of shopping, hiking etc!! You will not be disappointed staying here!

Me B really cares if his tenants are comfortable. This place has everything I needed a good kitchen, beautiful shower, nice size bedroom, washer dryer, doggy door, convenient location next to all the stores, and its peaceful! Theres a park right around the corner and walking trails in walking distance! If something needs fixing its done right away! It was a really good experience if I come back Im going there!

Just enough space for a single or couple. I have 2 small dogs and they loved the doggy door and secluded back yard. LL is next door and very helpful and available to assist with any issues or advice for local things. Casita was only a few miles from my assignment and an easy commute. Close to grocery stores, Costco, etc. Parking right out front.

The property is great. Granite countertops. A comfy memory foam bed. An excellent AC unit to cool the home during the hot summers. A furnace to warm the tile during the cool winters. Doggy door built in the back door so my dog could roam free while I worked 80+/wk as a surgery resident. Bob was so helpful, fixed anything that needed maintenance that same day. The water heater is new, and the shower is gorgeous! Even the backyard and front yard look great, lots of cacti and beautiful plants. I felt safe, he let me install my Arlo cameras to monitor for packages and check on my dog in the backyard from work. Oh! And he offered to bring my packages inside which was very helpful. Hes honestly the best landlord Ive ever had and very trustworthy.
