One Bedroom Ranch Home on Carlisle in Richmond For Extended Stays With Pets (w/ fenced yard) in Fulton Richmond

Jims little bungalow is a cute place to call home. The house is small, but includes pretty much everything youd need for an extended stay. Towels, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and linens. The private fenced-in yard is great for a dog and the neighborhood is quiet. Drive to the closest neighborhood is about 5 minutes with restaurants and shops. The neighborhood itself is suburban, so good for dog walking , but not if you want the convenience of a downtown neighborhood. The property manager was responsive to my questions or if I had any issues. I would recommend!

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Really nice next door neighbors. Super large fenced in back yard that was so great for my two large dogs. Bed was really comfy. No problems during my 3 month stay. 10/10 recommend to any single traveler!

I was very happy with everything this property offered. Furniture, appliances, and everything provided was nice quality. AC and Heater were excellent. I'd refer anyone to this property if in the Richmond area. Jim, the landlord, was incredibly quick to respond to any texts/questions. He was very professional.

I loved this little cottage, its recently renovated and everything is new. It has everything you need- its on the smaller side, but works for a couple if you dont mind a double bed. Its very clean and close to VCU- my roommate also worked at Memorial Regional and it only took 20 mins to get to work. Jim was the absolute best and i would definitely recommend this property for any Richmond contract.

I am a single traveling medical professional who travels with pets. I stayed for 3 months at Jim's Richmond house. It was absolutely perfect. It's a smaller place, perfect for 1-2 people and their pets. It has a big backyard and is newly renovated inside, beautifully appointed. It's a 5 minute drive to Publix, Target, Walmart and all the conveniences you would need. I worked at VCU and was there within 10 minutes. With the fast WiFi and smart TV I had no issues streaming. I always felt safe and bonus, the neighbors are so sweet. I cannot recommend enough! TY Jim!
