This rental is situated in a great location, close to several grocery stores, restaurants and of course the beach! The beach is a walking distance actually. Very safe neighborhood to go for walking or biking. The landlord was super nice and we hung out with him a few times. Quiet neighborhood with street parking. The one bedroom unit was plenty of room for the two of us. Only 15 minutes from St. Johns Regional.

This cute and quiet one bedroom apartment is an incredibly cozy, spacious and nicely decorated space with all the amenities one could ask for. It is also just a minute walk from the beach!! We had an incredibly pleasant stay here and were really sad to leave this place. The landlord was great to work with! He was very welcoming, responsive and flexible with our plans and also went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable in the new community. This made our stay all the more special.
