Best foothills Location. 2b/2b condo. June 2024

This condo is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is very nice and it is convenient to many locations within a few minutes. It was a great place to stay and the owner is so nice.

It was an amazing place to stay. I enjoyed how close it was to Banner hospital. I loved the jacuzzi and pool outside. The owner was very hospitable. I worked a 15 week assignment.

I rented this property for my 13 week assignment at Banner University Hospital. It was in a perfect location, about 20 minutes from work. The condo has everything you could ever need- fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, nice private porch, plenty of parking, and a lovely pool! The condo is in a very safe area, walkable to many shops in the foothills. To make the experience even better, Loti was a great landlord! Any issue I had, she immediately assisted me or found someone to help. Always was quick to respond and easy to work with.

As a couple of snowbirds we enjoyed our warm winter in this very comfortable apartment. It offers cozy lounging around the big screen & fireplace, a large Mr bdrm w/desk, and a very well furnished kitchen. You can walk to everything (shops, markets,restaurants) and hike into the foothills. Add nice friendly neighbors and an accommodating landlord and you’ve got it all

I rented this condo for 4 months while completing an internship at the Tuscon VA Hospital. It sits in a beautiful setting by the foothills, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe for walking, and I found the complex to be quiet and serene. It was an easy commute to the hospital, even during rush hour. The home itself is nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities and then some. The owners provided a thorough tour when I arrived, and answered my texts immediately if I had questions thereafter. I highly recommend this rental.
