Hello, I stayed in the El Cercade studio for my travel nursing stent. The Host's are very nice and communicative. They made sure everything was ready on arrive and during my stay. The studio is just like the picture and it is in a great location close to all the downtown activities. But my favor part was how close to the hospital the studio is. It was only a 10 minute drive. Which saved me a lot of time in the morning. I would stay ago if I have another stent at Eisenhower hospital. Kind Regards

The property was perfect for me during my contract at Eisenhower Medical Center. I loved the location! Very central to so many things and close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. I felt safe going for runs in this area and there was a nice park nearby. I really enjoyed the size of the studio as it did not feel cramped at all and it was well kept. The landlords are responsive and very laid back, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again! Plus the cute patio is a nice little bonus.

This property is an absolute gem! For my first travel contract (and first time living alone!) I couldn't have found a better apartment. Very comfortable and spacious despite being a studio, and a great location while working at Eisenhower Medical Center. The icing on the cake, however, was the property owners. They were quick to solve any issues I faced and were very welcoming! I am so grateful to have found such a great furnished apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert. Don't let this slip through your fingers!

This 1 bedroom unit is a total gem that I was lucky enough to find last minute for a travel assignment at Eisenhower Medical Center. I drove all the way from Colorado and immediately felt like home walking into this unit. The secure parking and gated patio made me feel very safe and all the furnishings inside the unit made for a seamless transition. The king size bed is extremely comfortable as well as the sofa. Added bonuses are the spacious kitchen, bathroom with in unit washer and dryer, as well as a walk in closet. The owners of this unit were very helpful when booking this property and made sure I was well accommodated upon arrival, even going as far as leaving a welcome gift. Everything about this unit is thoughtfully designed and you cannot beat the 5 minute drive to Eisenhower Medical Center. Book this place as fast as you can!
