Absolutely amazing hosts who were very attentive to my needs. They provided private parking and privacy in my own little cottage. It was so quiet and peaceful! Amazing sunsets with ocean view every day. Fresh fruit was amazing! Everything you need for home away from home! I hope to return again as this was a perfect fit for traveling professional or for family fun! I felt safe as solo female traveler! Oh and the coffee was fantasticits a coffee farm retreat. Away from busy city yet close enough to do all my sight seeing and shop when needed. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

ANTIDOTE FOR CIVILIZATION In 1998 when Captain Brad Cuthbertson purchased seven acres of undeveloped jungle nested against and surrounded by 250 acres of lava he had an vision of an idyllic retreat where guests could enjoy the hawaiian country-side void of commercial interests and traffic. Well traveled he recognized the value of having an clean comfortable tranquil setting to offer as an home base for the many adventures Hawaii offers.
