Peaceful and quite

I rented this place during the late fall winter months for a few months and couldnt be happier with my stay the temperature that winter was in the single digits, but I never felt it in this warm, cozy lower level unit even though it is a lower level studio the northerly facing side is all at ground level with plenty of windows and letting in natural light making it feel like it is not a lower level unit. and also included access to a little patio area that is covered, unfortunately I didnt get to use it since it was so cold that winter.. I would recommend this Land Lord. They deliver as advertised a and they were never a problem to me very flexible and easy to deal with.. for a space that is attached to a home. I was actually quite comfortable. and would rent here again. has its own thermostat to control heat, full kitchen, stove, refrigerator.. and the rare to find private washer dryer in unit for tennant

I had a very comfortable stay in this unit. The owners were very pleasant and respectful of my privacy. Everything needed to live there was provided and they regularly checked as to whether I had further needs. I am hoping to live there again when I return to the area.

Very comfortable and *Quiet*. Easy access and easy going property management that were very prompt with communication. We would have stayed longer if it hadn't been rented out already!

I hope that this review will help other traveling medical professionals avoid the unfortunate mistake I made with this property. If you are someone that values honest communication and privacy, I would advise that you include very specifically when you are comfortable with the landlords entering in your lease. I was told when I viewed the apartment, that they would only enter the apartment in the event of an emergency and that I would receive notification. I was also told by the landlords that my comfort was important to them yet when I expressed that I was uncomfortable with the multiple events when my apartment was entered without notification, I was told that they have the right to enter as stated in the lease. None of the reasons that these entries occurred while I was not home were an emergency. I have stayed at other in-law apartments and my landlord always texted me to ask if I was home so he could get into the apartment. I prefer to stay where honesty and respect are valued.

This property was very cozy, and quiet. This space is in a quiet, safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. It has everything you'd need and is close to everything in town. The owners were very accommodating and always there if I had a question about anything. My assignment ended early and they were very accommodating with the circumstances. I appreciate everything they did for me while I stayed in their apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. I would also love to stay here again if I was in town again. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your apartment!!

This apartment is spacious, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Augusto and his family are remarkably friendly; they were quick to assist me in anyway possible and ensured I was comfortable. I would definitely return if and whenever I'm back in CT.

Everything you could need, tucked into a quiet neighborhood but a short drive away from it all. Full kitchen to utilize. Washer/dryer in the unit. Desk space. Comfy futon couch that can be used as a second bed if needed. Queen bed super comfy. Good storage space and room to spread out. Very private with your own entrance and parking space. During nicer weather, you have your own outside space to enjoy. These guys are some of the nicest people I've ever met. So accommodating. As much or as little privacy as you want. I'd definitely stay here again.
