This landlord will call constantly. Wants pics of things around the property on a regular basis. Many things promised but never done. Will not give your deposit back. No one in town wants to deal with her. TRAVEL NURSES....DONT RENT THIS PLACE!

Libel, slander, defamation & threats have never been considered problem solvers. When adults sign legally-binding contracts, they should follow through on those commitments. I was very disappointed with the 8/18/20 review I just read. I have never held back on the refund of a security deposit. Previously, all commitments were met by tenant/landlord. The two previous reviews were written by the same individual, from kindness and appreciation to attack mode. I am still clearly within the 30 days after the termination of our contract for a security deposit refund, if applicable. I just had to clear the air.

The townhouse is very nice and quiet. Louisa has furnished it with the best of everything. Complete with beautiful wall hangings. The deck was our favorite place to hang out. Neighbors are very friendly ! Louisa is a great landlord, quick to respond to our calls. We enjoyed our stay and hate to leave, but moving on ! Enjoy !
