This is a small apt on one side of a house in Easthampton,MA. The apartment is very cozy and private. There is a washer drier and and a full kitchen. It is the best place I have ever rented in all my travels. The landlord is very responsive should you have any questions or issues. In addition it is very close to everything in town. You can walk everywhere if you want. There are also Valley Bikes you can rent very close to the house. Easthampton is a quaint beautiful New England town. It is about 20 min to Baystate and I think prolly the same to Cooley. In short should I be I the area again I hope it will be open. M

The unit is nice and the area is very walkable. Don is an excellent and very accommodating landlord, and the heated garage/plowed parking lot means there's no worry about winter weather. Was perfect for one person for a couple months, and the porch outside is a great place to sit in nicer weather, especially since Don puts in windows instead of screens once the weather cools down. I would rent again if I was looking for a place in the area.

Don is an outstanding landlord. He provided a clean, and comfortable space during my assignment at Holyoke. He is the best landlord we every had. We loved all the convenience we had, you could step out of our front door and walk to several different restaurants. We were close to several ponds so we could go Kayaking or fishing. There is a bike path that goes right through the town. Don even let me park my car in his garage. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The town was a welcoming place and having Don as a landlord made it much more welcoming. He was there when you needed him.

Don is an excellent landlord. He provided a safe, clean, and comfortable space during my assignment. I enjoyed my location so much, that I chose to commute when my first assignment ended in Springfield and I started in Worcester. If you want to know a bit of area history or food recommendations Don's a good resource. He checked on me during bad weather and provided a nice garage space to protect my vehicle from the elements. He was helpful in a unobtrusive manner. I would make the choice to rent again.
