Bed-Bath-and Space in Shared House

Tammy is a wonderful host! She is so kind and was helpful throughout my entire stay. Her house was very cozy and she was very generous with the items she supplies to her guests. The neighborhood is quiet and just outside of town. I felt like Tammy and her other guests her mindful around the house as I work overnight and sleep during the day. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in SD!

Usually I prefer my own furnished apartment for privacy, but this wasn't a problem with this room rental! T was absolutely accommodating/flexible on everything requested. The view on the back porch is tranquil and relaxing, you can just watch deer and bunnies playing nearby! Plenty of kitchen room and fully stocked, with access to outside grill as well. My bathroom was shared, but some rooms come with private bathroom. It was never a problem for me to get ready early every scheduled morning I needed to get to work, and if you needed to use another restroom because it was occupied, there were several available throughout home. The rates were extremely low for what I feel she is providing to professional travelers, and I highly recommend you check this one out! There are 2 cats in home, but they rarely bother you for anything other than love, and you can keep your door closed if that isn't your thing. The sectional downstairs is the most comfortable EVER. I can't say enough!

During my stay at this property the host was nothing short of wonderful. She made me feel at home the moment I got there, and even made arrangements for when I needed to stay longer than expected. I would recommend this place a thousand times over to anyone who needs short term housing in Rapid City. As a travel nurse it was a breath of fresh air to know I was in a safe location, and that the person I rented from was willing to go above and beyond.

I am not a traveling nurse, but the homeowner was accommodating to my military scenario. The homeowner is a great person to get to know and very welcoming. The living quarters are spacious and private if you wish. She has two lovely cat's that are the sweetest once they get to know you. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. Don't be surprised if the homeowner asks you to join her for dinner and my advice is do not turn it down. If I was a traveling nurse and had friends that traveled to South Dakota I would definitely recommend staying here if it is available.

I have been traveling 5 years and this probably will be my new favorite ! My host Tammy is truly a gem! Accommodating and kind, just the perfect amount of privacy and freedom due to the lovely layout if the home! Beautiful community and quick to everything, large spacious rooms ! I have been living in one of her basement bedrooms since the beginning of April and honestly have nothing but the best things to say! From day one she has made me feel right at home. As a traveling nurse, it's been so convenient living here as she literally provides everything (bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc.)! Her place is very quiet, clean, and safe. You can have as little or as much contact with her as you would like, come and go as you please or join her on the patio for a glass of wine:) The hospital is a quick 8 minute drive for me. You will not find a better place in Rapid City!!!
