Fort Lauderdale Escape

I occupied both the one bedroom and two bedroom units for a total of 9 months. Both were classy, comfortable and well appointed. The unit is well located. Shopping and beaches are within close proximity. I also enjoyed meeting the owners. However, what was not disclosed when I moved in, was the information regarding the mental health clinic apartments across the street. The residents of these apartments are people with serious mental illnesses undergoing treatment. A constant gathering and meandering of the residents overlooked my entrance and exit paths to the unit. The 3 roommates whom I shared accommodations with during the course of my stay were also not made aware of the situation and expressed similar concerns.

This was a great find on this app. The unit is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. 10 minutes from the beach, Birch State Park, Trader Joe's, Target, and Las Olas Blvd!!! This unit came with everything that I needed in the kitchen, ample closet space, and a very comfortable bed. The owners are attentive and available, which I really appreciated. It just so happened that the toilet needed an urgent repair and they managed to take care of it within hours!! Overall, it was a great stay!!! I would definitely recommend it!!

I spent almost a full year at this apartment while working during the COVID crisis. Every time my assignment got extended, my hosts diligently and quickly made changes to my lease to accommodate. In addition, I was also always asked prior to my lease ending, which made me feel super secure with ever-changing travel assignments! Words could not describe how incredible K & her family are! I believe it was the first couple days being there when my cat had gotten out, and the 5 of us were in the yard trying to find her. Luckily she popped up out of the bushes - after an hour! Truly above and beyond. The location was perfect for commuting, going to the beach or downtown Ft Lauderdale, and the Publix on the corner was so convenient. The neighborhood is also very pleasant to go on sunset walks - might even see a peacock wandering around! You will truly have everything you need at this property. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!! Thank you guys so much!

This unit was clean, cozy, and so classy! It has everything you need. It is a quiet and peaceful area. The outdoor landscaping is beautiful and so relaxing. Publix is only 1 minute down the road and the beach is 10 minutes away for a gorgeous morning sunrise. Thank you for such an inviting place to stay!

I found this place off Furnished Finder for my first out-of-state travel assignment. The hosts spoke with me on the phone prior to arrival and made me feel very comfortable. This couple extends their help wherever they can and live close by if you ever need anything. They really made me feel safe. The property is very cute and modern. It is clean and geared towards healthcare workers. The location is great and everything you need is nearby. I ended up having to cancel my contract early, they completely understood. The clauses in their contract fit the needs of a travel nurse all the way around. The pictures represent the studio well. I HIGHLY recommend it! Thank you all for a great experience and if I ever end up in this area again, this would be my FIRST CHOICE.

I cannot say enough great things about this property as well as the hosts. The place is super spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly think of! I was on nights and never had an issue sleeping during the day--dark, cool, and quiet. The neighborhood is safe, walkable to a Publix and Walgreens as well as a short drive to the beach. The hosts are so thoughtful and kind--I could go on and on about their hospitality and thoughtfulness! Will absolutely come back here again!!

I stayed at this property for a 13 week assignment and it was amazing! The renters were so kind and always willing to help! Would definitely stay here again!!

This was the best furnished apartment rental experience I have had! The apartment is super clean/cozy/shower is awesome, bed is comfortable. The hosts are the absolute best! They are the kindest people and are super helpful! They go above and beyond. You are also a quick drive or a bike ride away from the beach. I definitely recommend staying here for an extended stay!

Owners are amazing. They are near by if you need anything or have any questions. Located in a great area and its close to the beach. Furnished with everything needed. Enjoyed my stay and will def. come back if Im down this way.
