Honestly, where do I start. As a Registered Nurse of 18 years of experience with 4 of those years working as a Traveler, this by far has been the most welcoming and convenient living arrangement during an assignment by far. My 13 week contract at Keiser Permanente South Bay was only a 6 minute drive from the property, which made commuting Super convenient. I mainly commuted through ride share and did not feel the need to get a rental car because of the proximity. The Host K was very welcoming from day 1, communicating and making the transition smooth by answering any and all questions and allowing me to FaceTime and view the property before a decision was made. The home is very clean and tranquil which was a plus for me, working as Night Nurse, who slept mostly during the day. I can honestly say if the opportunity presented itself to travel to the area again, Id definitely return to this property, because it felt like a home away from home, which was a plus as a travel nurse.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located close to coffeeshops, stores, Trader Joe's, and good restaurants. Stayed here for a year. The host, K, was really accommodating and exceedingly kind. Was generous with her time- she didn't mind picking up coffee and brought cookies and snacks. Also kept to herself but was very friendly and respectful of my time. She kept the area clean and made the environment a nice place to come home to at the end of a busy workday. I'd totally stay here again! 11/10 would strongly recommend!

Stayed here twice. Good clean and quiet environment. K is an amazing host who will make you feel at home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to hiking and not far from the beach. Definitely good value and great for those who want to just relax after work. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

This is a little gem is located in a quiet neighborhood in San Pedro. I lived with Kelly for eight months and she was always so friendly and courteous. Steve is easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The back patio is redone, a great place to hang out at any time of day. The room was nice, and has a huge closet! Just what I needed. Its close to multiple hospitals in the area, easy to get to the freeway if needed. Street parking is easy to find. This is an amazing space, Im so lucky that I found it!
