Home Away From Home - Kitchenette

I absolutely loved staying with L in her lovely home! I'm sad my contract ended early and I had to leave. The traveler space is private on the lower level of the home, with windows, your own living area, TV, kitchenette with everything you need to make meals including a fridge, toaster oven, microwave etc. The Sleep Number bed was very very comfortable! I had a large dresser and a closet as well. L takes great care of her travelers! She is a great cook and if you get a chance to make and share a meal with her do it! She is a caring person who is very social and fun to be around! I will miss laughing and hanging out with her. I plan to try to stay there in the future when I have another contract close by!

Ms L was amazing she made sure that I was very comfortable.. got me it was like a home away from home..

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I ended up canceling my contract early due to unforeseeable reasons or I'd still be staying with L and the dogs (Jack & Buddy) who've become my family during my time in the Madison area. I felt welcome from day one and now have new "family". L and I would spend time watching TV and just talking and I even taught her how to cook "Southern" and she got me to try Brats. If I am ever back in the area again, I will definitely see if the room is available and stay with L again. Thank you L for being a fabulous hostess and making me feel at home even with the crazy (and you know it) schedule that I kept.

Wow! This has become my home away from home for the past year! I didn't really intend to stay at my assignment this long, but I couldn't resist, mostly because of where I was staying! L treats you like family, not just someone staying in a room sometimes. There was never a time when I felt unwelcome or like I was an inconvenience. The space is so comfortable and inviting, and having the kitchenette was a REALLY great feature, especially when you're the first person who gets to use it! The 2 pups are the sweetest boys you'll ever meet. They're always at the door ready to greet you when you get home, and they're SO EXCITED! I have loved staying here and if I ever travel back to the area, this is the first place I would look up. If you're coming to town, STAY HERE. And if L cooks and offers you some, take it. Trust me.

Renting with L has been one of the best parts of my travel assignment these last six months. Shes opened her home to me as if I were her own family. My space is very comfortable, spacious and accommodating with everything that I need when Im on assignment, including a crockpot! Her two golden retrievers really make coming home after a long shift very comforting and welcome. I work night shift and Ive never had a problem with the day light with the shades shes provided in the spaces or with noise. An added bonus - my car has died twice and she never hesitated to lend a helping hand to make sure I was safe and taken care of. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling in this area!

Linda was very gracious and greeted me with homemade soup when I showed up not feeling well. Jack and Buddy, the real homeowners, are the sweetest, most loving dogs I have ever met!! I stayed throughout the holidays and she treated me like family and invited me to stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I will never forget it because I had the best time ever!! I would recommend Lindas place to anyone and everyone, especially long term stays for traveling nurses. The house is cozy and I felt very safe during my stay there. Highly recommend her place for a safe and fun time!

Linda is a gracious hostess. Her place is comfortable and homy. She treats you like family, but the favorite cousin who is your favorite person in the world. The dogs are the sweetest most loving things, lots of hugs and kisses! My advice? TAKE HER MEAL DEAL
