This is a nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, N. Ft. Myers and the central shopping/restaurant areas of Cape Coral. The home is within 15 minutes to both hospitals, Lee Memorial and Cape Hospital. It is within five minutes to the VA hospital in the Cape.

This home is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to anything you may need. It would be a great place if you worked night shift. Hostess is pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Accommodations are more than the norm. You have a bedroom area with a large closet & a TV. A sitting area with a desk and even larger TV. The best of all, a private bathroom! You have use of a washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. The area has plenty of things to do on your free time. I usually rent single homes, but decided to give this rental a try. I am very happy I did! It was a very positive experience & wouldn't hesitate to rent again. My deposit was returned to me the day I departed. Thanks so much!
