Private cottage with full kitchen and washer and dryer.

My stay was absolutely wonderful!!! The hosts were warm and welcoming and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. They were available if ever I needed anything. The cottage is adorable with everything you need. There is a private patio and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area. I was there for work and I was so glad I found it!!! I would most definitely return.

I had the absolute pleasure of residing in this little cottage for just over a month while I worked at Providence nearby. A & S are exceptional landlords and I cannot commend them highly enough. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for me as a tenant were evident. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The little cottage itself was a haven of comfort and rustic charm. It has all you need and more, comes completely furnished with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home. There is a full kitchen, W&D, which is rare for most places these days. The space is well-maintained and you get your own patio where you can sit and enjoy some morning coffee. Any concerns or maintenance issues were promptly addressed, and their swift response and efficient handling was much appreciated. It is with great enthusiasm that I give them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! One of the best Ive stayed at. Beautiful backyard. Hosts are AMAZING. They give you privacy while always being helpful. Close to all hospitals in the Santa Rosa area. Neighborhood couldnt be better, very quiet and short Uber drive to the airport/downtown/entertainment. I worked nights and I never had a hard time sleeping. I only left because I took a permanent job in the Bay Area.
