Home in the Heart of Denver

This house was in perfect location, walking distance to the Rino strip and not too far from aurora (where I had worked at the time). The house is so cute and cozy!

We loved every minute that we stayed in this house. M was the best host. If we needed anything, she responded immediately and made sure that the yard was maintained during the summer and once winter rolled in. The neighborhood was charming, quiet and family friendly. It was perfect for our dog as she lives right now to a dog park. We felt right at home and were very sad to have to move on. We will be back! Thank you M for such a great living situation.

The adorable Lil Brick House is such a gem near RINO district. It is perfectly located to many hospitals in the area. We have never enjoyed staying in a house as much as we did this one. M has done an excellent job decorating and it really makes you feel at home. M is an amazing landlord and always in communication. We were so incredibly sad to leave this place and wished we could have stayed longer.

My fiancee and I stayed at M's place for 4.5 months when we relocated to Denver. The property worked great for our needs. It is nicely furnished and has ample storage space if you have extra belongings. There is a nice little back yard and flowers all throughout the front in the spring/summer. It is 5 minutes away from Presby St. Luke's hospital and is centrally located with only a quick drive to downtown Denver, I-70, and the Rhino District. There is a park a block away with a separated out dog park. M is a great conversationalist and a very attentive landlord. She is very flexible and laid back. We loved our stay here. Thanks M!
