Working midshift, parking is the most important. There is driveway parking for all residents. The kitchen is huge. Large TVs in all rooms and Living Room. W/D on main living floor. Seth is a text away, very responsive, and genuinely interest in you having a positive stay.

No words can explain my experience staying at seth's house this place feels like home, the neighbourhood is very safe no matter what time you come its always safe I was very much relaxed being in this house its feels homely i didnt feel like leaving. I love to cook so the kitchen was very spacious and had everything i needed for my cooking and my off days am always lazing on the recliner watching movies the wifi is high speed so no Problem with wifi and my room my bed was really cozy i didnt feel like waking up the mattress was high density i slept like a baby. I can not forget Seth my landlord he was the best whenever you call him when in need he is right there to sought you out i remember one day i lock myself outside from the bathroom with only towel on me no phone nothing had to wait for my roommate to come and call seth to come and open for me all the way from san jose and he turn up within an hour from san jose i was so so greatful for that thank you seth you are the best

I have been a travel nurse for years and staying in this house has been my greatest experience of all! The landlord is the greatest of all, very compassionate, will always answer your questions, and will always make you feel at home. The house is a beautiful 3-bedroom for 3 travelers. I love staying there because it feels like home. I will rent this house in a heartbeat again anytime am in the area.

The level of comfort and relaxation derived from the bedroom to the living room furnishings (plush furniture and fireplace), a spacious well-equipped kitchen, and a pool table for leisure instilled genuine care devoted to the provisions offered at this after-hours haven. I would say this is one of the perfect place a travel nurse can get to stay! I have nothing hut beautiful experience staying here with S the owner is the coolest person you will ever meet being a tenant, easy, no drama, a friend and someone that can just call anytime youre needing something. You will have your own parking space, privacy, tv in your own room and can an access to the kitchen and the living room. Not to mention the place and location is very safe and near to everywhere like restaurants, fast foods, malls, and grocery stores. PS: Its 35min away to Monterey. I have nothing but good experience staying in this place with S being so accommodating for anything that you need and coming back here to stay is not a question at all. Im gonna miss this place and the experience i have doing a travel assignment. to the next person who will get a chance to stay here, you got lucky! I loved living in this house. It has all the amenities, fully furnished, exactly as advertised, but better than your best expectations. Truly a paradise away from home, all courtesy of S. All of the appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. The house boasts everything you could ever need to live comfortably: dishwasher, large washer/dryer, sink disposal, sophisticated HD flatscreen TVs, phenomenally fast Wi-Fi, as well as a pool table. I always slept comfortably in my near sound-proof room. I cant stress enough how great Seth is. He really wants you to enjoy your time there, evidenced not only by everything the house offers, but truly by how well he treats his guests. He frequently went out of his way to accommodate me, was super flexible and understanding if something came up, and never bothered us if it wasnt needed. Seth is a fun, thoughtful, most working-hard-guy I ever met, and I sincerely enjoyed living at this house. 10/10 best rent experience I've ever had.

This property was great, S was fantastic our whole stay, we had very few problems during our time with him and any issues we did have were handled swiftly. Very communicative with us about him stopping by for any reason so we knew he would be in the house. Was very open to us having our dogs, we will definitely be reaching out to him again if we come back to Salinas. The house was clean and was in a great neighborhood, we also received our deposit back quickly when we moved out with full explanations about anything that was taken out (just the cleaning cost of our space). We would 100% recommend S and his property to anyone who is looking to stay in Salinas!

Theres sooo much to love about this property but Ill start with the owner first. S is one of the nicest people youll ever meet and its genuine. Not the phony nice because hes receiving money from you. The first day I landed in town S offered me a ride from the airport. I was at San Jose airport so this isnt just a ride down the street. Its a 60 minute drive in California traffic! He welcomed me with open arms. S is like a big brother to me. For my birthday, he knew I was Vegan, he bought me a Vegan pizza while I was studying for a test. He knew my car didnt get shipped out yet so he would always offer to drive me around to grab food when in town. As you know, Uber eats can be very expensive. S always call and text you back. Also, whenever hes coming over, hell send you a message. The house is itself is really nice. Big kitchen, big back yard, and pool table. Nice neighborhood. Im going to miss that place. The sofa in the living room is my favorite place. J

Seths home brought such a calming element to my hectic travel assignment in Salinas, CA. He was pet friendly and the non-refundable pet fee was reasonable. There was an additional fee for my spouse but it was also reasonable and negotiable. His home was a home away from home. There was such ease, from the timely feedback to view the room/house to the move-in process. I lucked out, the other tenants were awesome too. Seth was always reachable via text or call. There was always notice given for any repairs requiring a maintenance contractor to enter the home. I wish I could have stayed longer but my contract ended. Thanks for allowing us to share your home!! Seth will be a friend for life.
