A 40 something couple is renting out a spacious bedroom with a private bath in a quiet, established, neighborhood. We're centrally located to Doctors, Kaiser and Sutter with Kaiser being the farthest away at a 15 minute drive. We're a friendly, professional couple with 3 cats and 1 dog who is half German Shepherd and half Alaskan Malamute, and keep fairly quiet. A previous roommate was a nurse at Doctor's and he loved the place....
Theres a private bathroom and private entrance around the back. Optional entry through the front as well. Owners have 4 pets, so no other pets allowed.
Were in a quiet, safe part of Modesto. The neighborhood has young families and retirees. Its part of Sherwood Forest.

I had a great time in this house. My room was very big, quiet and has its own AC/heater and big bathroom. They have 2 pets, Marshall the cat and Nikko the dog, they both adorable and respectful; they will never go into you room. The location feels, very safe. I use to work as a travel RN at Sutter Memorial, my drive was around 4 minutes on car. To buy groceries Walmart and Safeway, they're pretty close. I will definitely rent again this room.

A 40 something couple has a quiet upstairs room to rent. It would be pretty close to having your own wing! We have two cars and dog and work days. The wife works from home and has a swimming lesson business in the home during the summer months.
