1 Bedroom Apartment in Tempe Arizona

I stayed here with my husband & 3 cats for almost a year for a travel assignment. We rented for a three month period at a time & I kept extending my contract. They were great here. Easy to contact & fixed any issues quickly. We felt at home here & it was convenient to work & friends. I was in the travel float pool for a local hospital system & it was a simple commute to different hospitals. There were plenty of great dates night spots for me & my husband & great hiking not too far away. Most of our neighbors were fellow travel nurses I knew.

I stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment in spring 2023 for a travel assignment. Everything with Bluu Door was easy and swift. The apartment itself is cute with everything you need for a stay. The area is convenient and easy to travel around since my assignment was in Chandler. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

The rent is not month to month but was 3 month lease when I stayed even though I asked for month to month. Place was nice but rent was increased every 3 months. We moved out when we could not afford $3000.00 per month. I was on a travel assignment and companies do not increase your pay for housing when the landlord increases the every 3 months. Thermostat was set at 72 degrees (could not go lower during July). Owners were really good at fixing everything except there were subterranean termites in the dining area. The owner did not use a termite specialist but sprayed over the counter product and insects came back within a week. I sent email to owner but no response. I wanted my deposit returned so I did not make any complaints. If you do not want to be charged for towel usage purchase your own towels. They are particular about taking out exorberent for any little thing used which is the owner's discretion and in the paperwork you sign. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.
