Ever Evolving 1 bedroom House for you- Natalia

We had the pleasure of staying at this property while our new home was being built. We were a little worried about finding something large enough for my wife, 2 year old and I that was also affordable AND pet friendly in such a short notice. Then we stumbled on N. We liked the location being close to downtown and also fell in love with a local wine bar/bistro just a short distance away. We felt very lucky to have found this property. The owner is one of the sweetest persons youll ever meet and most, most accommodating. The biggest issue we had in the 8 months we were there was the oven not working. But the owner had her handyman out and it was fixed almost immediately. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to rent. Thanks for everything P!

I stayed here for 6 months on my first travel nursing contract and I felt like I got lucky finding this place. I can't say enough good things about the owner P. She was quick and responsive when I messaged about the house and showed me the house via FaceTime as well. I have 2 large dogs (dalmatians) and P was amazing about me having the dogs there with me. Any time I needed something she was quick to take care of it. The house is super cute and I loved how it was decorated. The fenced backyard was perfect for my dogs to run around and play as well. The neighbors that I met were super nice and it was on a quiet one-way street. Location was a convenient/quick commute to downtown and the hospital (I was at TCH). Definitely would recommend to others!
