Studio Ground Floor + Garage on 1/2 acre

I had a wonderful stay in F and E's perfect little apartment in Puyallup. It was quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and had everything I could have needed for my 17 week assignment. It was so conveniently close to Good Sam Hospital. It took me 10 minutes to get to work, which was ideal for me because I hate to have to drive far to and work location. It was in a safe area and set far back from the street. I never worried about packages that were delivered while I was at work. F and E were readily available whenever I needed them. If anything wasn't working properly, they addressed it immediately. The place was big enough for my family of three to come visit for Christmas and stay for a week. The location is perfect for my hiking trips. There's Starbucks and Fred Meyer's as well as a gym. Extremely close by which was very convenient. Downtown Puyallup was right down the road and super cute. I will definitely stay here again if I return!

F and E were incredible! Theyre extremely generous and kind. Their home is the perfect size for one person. I very much appreciated the pull out couch which came in great handy for guests as well. The area is well lit and safe. There is plenty of space for parking. Their garden is beautiful as well. If you have the chance to stay here I highly recommend it. I would definitely return !

They set the bar high! I cant imagine during my work travels, that we will ever stay in a place as great this, again. Down to the comfort of home, convince to everything (including mountain hikes), an abundant garden and great friendships made, it doesnt get better than this . E and F are amazing people

It's hard to describe exactly how perfect this place was. First, there's the landlords, F and E, who are absolutely the kindest people I have ever rented from. Anything you need, any issues that arise, F and E are probably already on top of it. Add to that the beautiful landscaping on the property and bountiful blueberries, plums, figs, strawberries, tomatoes, salad greens, zucchini, cucumbers and more that F and E generously share with their renters. It truly makes the days off something special to be able to sit in the sun in their garden and just relax. A clean, updated unit on a quiet street, ample parking, TONS of storage both in the unit and in the locked garage, on site laundry, wifi and satellite TV all make for such a wonderful experience that is impossible to beat.

The apartment comes furnished and has everything you need! The space is very centrally located and close to everything, my assignment was at Good Sam and the apartment is less than 10 minutes away. Frances and Eli (the homeowners who live next door) could not have been more accommodating. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We stayed in this apartment from January and will be leaving in April. It was the perfect location for my assignment at Good Sam (10 min drive). The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and Frances and Eli provide you with everything you need. They have been the best landlords you could ask for. I would highly suggest staying here, you can absolutely not go wrong
