Fantastic 2 bedrooms house Studio

This place is a gem, tucked away in a scenic setting with mature trees all along the back. I found the back deck to be a great setting to eat or read or just "chill" after a hectic day at work. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated how the owner made sure the unit was clean before my move-in and how she laundered the linens weekly. I felt lucky to have found this peaceful place during my travel assignment.

This home is tucked away in the country to Salinas. Its very clean and the host T is amazing. Its also 20 min drive to the coast. Also, even though there is no washer/dryer T washes towels/linens for her guest every week!

Landlord is VERY immature and irresponsible! The property has brown water that comes out of the sinks/showers/toilets! Theres also a colony of ants that live under her floors! We made her aware of these concerns and she did not fix the issues when made aware. She just gave excuses and even blamed us for the ant problem that obviously already existed as she already had multiple cans of ant spray at her home which she told us to use when we made her aware! She did little temporary fixes after our complaints. She also gave us an Ok to move out early after I communicated that my job was being repositioned somewhere further from her house and then THREE WHOLE DAYS LATER gave us a hard time about moving out and claimed we broke a month to month contract.which isnt possible. I would not recommend staying here!
