This property is great for a single person to stay. It doesn't have a TV and it doesn't have a big fridge or oven which is a bummer but honestly I didn't even notice because I eat out all the time anyways!! Sue is absolutely SO SO SO responsive!! Any problem or concern you have she usually responds very quickly and gets the issue resolved very time efficiently as well. Sue also is really good at notifying you if there are new tenants coming in or there is being work done so you aren't alarmed by random people walking around the house. It was a perfect little place for me and my husky puppy. I loved to sunbathe outside in the backyard. I had absolutely no problems! would recommend to anyone coming to the area!! loved, loved, loved.

This is a stylish 1950s house. Sue was a great person to rent from and I had everything I needed. Sue is receptive and willing to accommodate as best she can even if she is not around personally. She has great people helping her out too. The neighborhood is friendly and I didn't worry about safety in the slightest. The location was perfect for me. I was super close to the hospital, where I work. The house is central enough that you can get to the stores that you need for groceries and general shopping. I would definitely stay with Sue again. Thanks for everything!!!!
