This apartment has been amazing to stay at :) It is just about a 10 min walk to downtown St Albans and the neighborhood is beautiful. Jeff has also been a great landlord! Always very responsive and available. There was an issue with the wall ac unit and he immediately replaced it. The apartment is also very spacious and has everything you could need during your stay. I will definitely miss this place and its convenient location!
This is a wonderful short term, pet friendly, fully furnished rental. It is in a very convenient location and I can walk to the hospital and restaurants downtown. The neighbors are so nice. The house is clean and well maintained. It is furnished with everything you could need. There is a enclosed porch which is a lifesaver during the winter. Off street parking is a plus! J responds quickly to any concerns and is a great landlord. I would definitely return!
This was a lovely rental for our time in Vermont! It's located in a lovely part of town that is an easy walk to downtown or to the trail system at Hard'ack. J is very responsive, nice, and a great landlord. It was an easy commute down to Burlington for work. Highly recommend overall!
J is a wonderful landlord. The home is furnished nicely and comes with all amenities you could need/want. The home is beautifully decorated and makes your time away from home feel more homey. Will definitely be looking to book here again. Wonderful scenery and area.
Jeff has made this apartment very comfortable with a very warm touch. Very convenient location to the hospital and quiet neighborhood. Every and any kind of kitchen utensil, pots, and pans are available. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
This apartment was a perfect stay for our contract at NMC. It is a perfect location in Saint Albans, with downtown in walking distance and the lake just a 10 min drive. Driveway parking, with plenty of room for a guest or two to come visit. The unit is very homey. The bed is incredibly comfortable. While this summer was unusually hot in Vermont, we managed to stay cool in our unit. I cook and clean a lot and the apartment seemed to have everything I needed. Upstairs lives a quiet and friendly neighbor, and behind the kitchen wall lives a polite family. You wouldn't realize they have kids.
