Beautiful 1BR Condo couple blocks to hospitals

This property is as advertised, has all the essentials and has anything we needed during out stay. Very convenient location, plenty around to walk to, or run/bicycle nearby. Great place to stay for anyone staying in the area! The landlord is very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is considering this property.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. It's in a great location. I always felt safe there, and I would often walk around or go for runs in the neighborhood. M is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The set-up of the condo is different than the pictures, but it is still nice and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for 1 person, and the king sized bed was very nice! I stayed in the summer, and be warned - there is no a/c and it can get very hot inside! M has provided some fans, but I bought a small, portable air conditioner, which worked well to cool off the space. Would rent again!

This is a great condo! Matt is a great host, he is very responsive if you need him. The condo has everything you need for your stay. It is in the perfect location, super close to both hospitals in Tacoma! Will definitely stay here again if Im back in the area!

This place was overall great! The location is the best part, 10 min walk to Tacoma General where I worked, as well as walking distance to multiple restaurants/coffee shops. Surrounded by nice houses and neighbors, and close to the water. The landlord is quick to respond and kind. The washer broke during our stay and he was quick to fix it. There is NO A/C (common for PNW) but with us being there in the summer (especially a record summer) this was a struggle so keep in mind. There is heat for the rest of the year and usually this isnt an issue for this area. The kitchen is huge and functional. The in unit washer dryer was awesome to have as well. I believe the bed was king sized and relatively comfortable (Were not picky) After talking with other travelers the value of this place for the area was great.

Great location! Condo is very cute and spacious. Matt is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to renting out again!

Beautiful Condo, lots of space, high ceilings, and natural light, amazing kitchen that is well stocked with cooking supplies. Located in a beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking. Matt the landlord was very pleasant and accommodating and even had the placed stocked with paper and cleaning products. Highly recommend!!!
