Lovely Studio Apartment

Nice, clean, cozy efficiency apartment with plenty of 'friends' to keep you company. T is great and her dogs are very friendly. There are deer and other wildlife around to watch in the mornings and evenings. It's a wonderfully peaceful and quite place, but close enough to town that it's convenient. I would definitely recommend and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this charming property for just under a year. Conveniently located close to the city and hospitals but out in a country setting (hint: QUIET!). The landlord was nothing but fair and gracious. Her two pups are absolutely adorable and so sweet. I worked nights at this assignment and she understood I needed a cool place to sleep during the day in the summer. I never had an issue running the window AC or using the heat in the winter. I truly do not remember having any issues. Honestly, we rarely even saw each other as we had such different schedules. She was a quiet on-site landlord and always was courteous and mindful of my space, as I was with her space. I never had issues with deliveries or packages. I have referred several friends to stay here and will absolutely continue to do so!

Absolutely terrible. The landlord lied to me about multiple things. I was promised an window AC in the summer which I never got. When I asked about it I was told that I wouldn't get it because I didn't need it. It was 80 degrees in the apartment for the last 6 weeks of my stay. But of course she had her window AC in for herself long before that. When I moved out I was charged $500 for the bedding, which is in like-new condition with no damage. I was charged for it because she "can't machine wash it without ruining it." I found the exact bedding set online from the retailer, and it is $90 brand new and 100% machine washable. Her dogs shredded a package I ordered and she made 0 attempt to reimburse me, AND she told me I had to clean it up. I paid my rent in advance, with the understanding that I would not be staying the entire month of June. She said she would reimburse me for the time after I moved out, but she never did. I hope no one ever has the misfortune of living here again.
