Private entrance, private bath in a Lovely Studio. No share

This was the perfect place for a short-term stay. I spent 2 weeks I this lovely room while waiting to get my truck back from the repair shop. It was very cozy and beautiful studio. The owner was such a beautiful lady. She was attentive and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while I was there.

A was incredibly unfriendly and rude. accused me of having sued someone/being sue happy due to lemonades renter insurance "only" giving me 100k for liability, so i must have sued someone prior. she wants 750k-1m, but would accept a low of 500k, which is astoundingly ridiculous for the space she rents. the price she requests is also excessive, considering it's a room in a house. she randomly wrote to me telling me the house rules state no smoking/incense and the house stunk. the text was incredibly condescending and accusatory, nevermind the fact i had NO candles and i DO NOT smoke, anything EVER. i believe she was judgmental due to the color of my skin and appearence. i was only in the unit for 7 days before she called with an "family emergency requiring the whole home" but she was able to give me two weeks (never saw any family come) and when searching furnished finder, i saw her listing availability go from 9/27 to 10/8 -my move out date. i just believe she didn't want me there

As a seasoned traveler, I have stayed at many places. This was by far one of the BEST. Comfy, cozy, safe, clean, well decorated, and just what a busy travel nurse needs. Ann the owner is very accommodating and very responsive to any issues that may arise. She has snow plowing, free parking, and guidelines for safety that is well established so that all travelers staying here can feel safe and secure. I would definitely stay with Ann again and recommend any of her New England country estates, especially if you are working in the Worcester area.

Host Ann has a great location, close to restaurants and shops, but In a quiet location. The apartment has everything that is needed for a traveler. Host Ann and grounds ceeper Rob are accommodating to all needs. I stayed for 6 months and found a family atmosphere here.

I was very pleased with my accommodations. The apartment was warm,clean and was stocked with all the amenities a traveler would want. Good parking available and a great location for all your shopping needs. Great location for interstate access but yet tucked away in a quiet,safe neighborhood. What can I say about Anne.....shes very friendly,fun and goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome. This is a must stay and I would highly recommend. You wont be disappointed!! It took me two days of traveling to arrive at her house and I was met with a warm welcome and a cup of coffee. And best of all I didnt need to head out to the store for those necessary start up items. Much appreciated for a tired traveler!!!!!
