Golden Gem Basement Apartment

Had a great stay at this property. Extremely convenient and spacious basement unit with excellent furniture. T and C were amazing hosts and were very welcoming throughout the entire duration of my stay. Very private, safe, and quiet place; my experience was nothing but positive. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay in this spacious basement apartment! It is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the mountains. If you want a quiet place close to all trailheads and away from the traffic, this is a great option. The internet is fast and reliable. T and C are very accommodating and fantastic hosts. I worked remotely during my 6 month stay there we rarely ran into each other so it is a very private stay. I definitely would stay there again!

As a traveler, the things I look for in housing are safety, privacy, and comfort. This property has all three and excellent landlords as well! This is a wonderful space with all the amenities you need. T and C are warm and accommodating and make great recommendations for local food and entertainment. Would highly recommend staying here if you take an assignment in this area!

T and C were excellent hosts and very professional. They were very respectful of personal space and were always friendly and ready to help if any issues were encountered. Cant recommend this property enough.

The property is very well maintained. It is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances. The landlords are very welcoming and easy to get along with. With any issues they responded immediately and took care of all work being fully considerate of my privacy. During my stay I felt very safe. The unit was secure and quiet.
