Beautiful Spacious 1300sqf 2nd Floor Apartment

A great place provided by great people! My fianc and I stayed in the apartment for 3 months and it had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the essentials and more, plenty of extra space if you travel heavy, and it was super clean. It feels secluded and quiet, but is only 10-15 minutes from amenities like groceries and restaurants. The owners are responsive and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and were so sad to leave!

Warm lighting, welcoming colors, and a cozy decir scheme greet the weary traveler here. Everything is of quality and well maintained and no issues. It is very quiet if you are a day sleeper and safe at night to sit outside by the fire pit. The in unit washer dryer is a huge bonus. Two bedroom closets for pack rats like me. And the steps to the top floor keep your legs in ballerina shape. Professional, down to earth, traditional and friendly owners and caretakers who work hard and expect tenants to act like responsible adults. I had an amazing stay here and hope to return someday.

Darlene and Sean really went above and beyond with this loft. I had an assignment at Grafton County Nursing Home and the commute was great (15 min). It was the perfect place to come to after a long day at work. Any troubles that I had, they made sure to tend to right away. There is plenty of storage space available (there's even an attic we didn't use); so if you travel heavy like me, storage should not be an issue. The kitchen is massive and gorgeous! And my favorite thing is the high ceilings (since I'm tall). There's plenty of parking space and the view is spectacular! You'll love it!
