About the landlord

We love to cross-country ski, bicycle, and hike in Alaska, with so many options and locations minutes from our door! We're now retired, though my husband retired as a contractor and does small jobs as well as maintaining our home. I retired from the university and am active on two Boards of Directors for non-profits in the community. We live in our house in Utica for approximately three months a year (August - November), and that is when we rent our house in Anchorage. Our house in Utica is usually available to rent from November 1-August 1.
