Honu Hale

I stayed here over a year and a half and I can honestly say it has been my favorite place I've ever lived. Steps away from the most magical bay. The space had everything you need and the neighbors/community are incredible. I often come home to fruit on the porch from my sweet neighbors. It's a quiet and peaceful space where you can hear the coquis and waves at night. There is a wonderful outdoor shower (my favorite during a rainy day or at night when the stars are out). If you appreciate the stunning natural surroundings of the bay, tranquility, and a welcoming community this place is truly a gem.

Perfect peaceful place to live, right in the bay across from the water. It was magical falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, waking up and being able to just walk outside and jump in the water. Outdoor shower and backyard was lovely as well. Landlords are kind and responsive!

I love this location! You can walk across the street and jump in the ocean. The landlord is a wonderful man who was always responsive when any issues arose.

I definitely would not rent this property again. When my wife and I opened the door on August 9th the kitchen sink had been leaking water on floor for at least several days. The Apartment was unlivable due to the overbearing smell of mold. Sad to say we did not have a functioning sink for the remainder of our two month stay there. The person who rents this property is rude, untruthful and not equipped to give you a pleasant experience. No onsite property management if things like this happen. We had to go to another location the first night then come back the next day and clean the whole apartment ourselves of the overpowering smell of mold. Water under the floor that was not addressed was just an invitation for small ants and other bugs to infest the kitchen. Not a place I want to remember. And i'm sure he will find a way to keep your deposit. J T
