Conveniently located room in central Santa Cruz

I enjoyed staying at A's place very much. She is kind, generous, accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. Her place is safe and clean, with plenty of parking spaces, including your assigned parking spot, 15 minutes walking to nearby beaches, private washer and dryer, 3 minutes to supermarkets and restaurants, and many more. Her place is ideal for traveling nurses and students because it is 6-7 minutes drive to Dominican Hospital. Her internet has a strong signal. The kitchen is entirely stocked and available to use. The majority of the time, I have the entire space to myself while being there. While there, I enjoyed my weekend walk to West Cliff Drive, watching surfers, and taking the beach train to Roaring camp from Boardwalk. I feel very at home at her place and will stay here again next time I am in town. I would recommend anyone to stay at her place.

This property is conveniently located in Mid-town within a 5-10 minute walk to 4 grocery stores and a 15-minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. Amy was friendly, welcoming, and considered my needs. My room was comfortable and I had access to the kitchen to cook simple meals.
