119B Brand New Apartment - 2nd Floor

This was my first time ever in CT and my first travel contract. I fell in love with this place- the neighborhood is beautiful and safe (I can especially say this as a single female). In addition, Tim and Lori were so kind and accommodating. The apartment is perfect location and has great appliances/finishes, clean, and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I am sad to leave but cant recommend this apartment or these two as land lords enough!!. They are now my east coast family. I hope I will be back asap!!

The location of the apartment is wonderful. Easy access to the highway, hospital, groceries, retail stores, beaches and local restaurants (four directly across the street!) Yet far enough away to be a friendly, well lit, neighborhood with a beautiful view and a very walkable street along the water. If you are a runner and like flat terrain, you are in for a treat.The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable, and the office is a huge bonus! A full length deck with water views and table make for enjoyable outdoor dining. The landlord is very accommodating and has great communication.

This place was gorgeous. I felt like I was on vacation. Spotless and great location on the water. The owner was fabulous too. Loved it there. Highly recommended.
