The Yellow Door Inn

This is a very nice little stay located very close to Belleville Memorial Hospital (8-10mins). The little cottage has everything you could possibly need and is three minutes from downtown Belleville, so there are several good restaurants and bars nearby. The Landlords are very attentive and nice people, and were always available if anything was needed. The property grounds are very nice as is the general neighborhood. Nearest grocery store (Schnucks) is just a 3-4 minute drive. Multiple fast food chains are nearby. I would definitely stay here again, as I had a wonderful experience. S

I stayed at this property from February until August for a travel nurse assignment. The house is next to the main house that belongs to L and D. They really treated me like their own daughter, always checking in to make sure my stay was going well and asking if I needed anything, but also gave me plenty of privacy. The location is perfect, street is quiet and safe, close to several hospitals and a short drive to downtown STL. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I considered extending my contract because of how much I loved staying a this house, but needed to go back home. Overall, I cannot recommend this house enough. price is also great for the area compared to other airbnbs or hotels.

This little property has exceeded all of my expectations and more, it is stocked with everything you could possibly need for your home away from home. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. It is in a great location, nestled in a safe quiet neighborhood. It has that small town vibe and with STL only being a short drive away. The owners have been absolutely wonderful and so accommodating, true genuine people. I would get another contract in the future just to be able to stay at this Yellow Door Inn.
